Skills:
Business Analyst - Oil and Gas. Support for Business functions. Solutions, utilising Livelink ECM and Business Ports Agility software, will provide integrated process and content management solutions to meet the business requirements. 5+ years experience as a business analyst. Experience of Management System concepts & tools - preferably within the oil and gas industry. Excellent business analysis skills. Excellent documentation skills. Responsibilities include the following: 1. Define, scope & cost process documentation within individual business areas. Business areas will include G&G, Finance, HR, Business Development 2. Preparation of WBS and schedules to implement process documentation including resource requirements and timescales. 3. Analysis of existing processes to document & identify areas for improvement ability to gather together logical, structured process from a variety of sources (eg existing documents, subject mater expert knowledge, external best practice etc). 4. Conducting SME Interviews & Facilitation of Process Workshops effective meeting management to gather required information in timely manner and minimise impact on business users. 5. Preparation of process documentation based on information gathered demonstrating proven knowledge of Information Management structures and ability to identify & utilise appropriate document formats 6. Ensure alignment with a Corporate initiative to improve G&G data/information management (IMII) 7. Knowledge of Risk

With input from the Technical Authority and Maintenance Strategist, create planned maintenance routines (plans, task lists, standard texts, BOMs) as necessary or integrate into existing routines.

It would suit a candidate with a well rounded career across all the platforms/products. An in-depth knowledge of any particular one is not required.
